Maybe in a still, but if you can hear her, she's a nottie. Plus, she's just a horrible person. One of my closest, lifelong friends was a writer-producer on The Nanny for 5 years. Her immense collection of personal horror stories about working with this nasty harpy would chill your blood. She's a perfectly dreadful excuse for a human being, with an ego the size of Jupiter. Viscious, nasty, uncaring, just a friggin' hideous person.
When I was a kid, 55 years ago, I had an aunt who lived in Queens, N.Y. who sounded just like Fran Dresser sounds, and I couldn't stand her... The Queens inflection sounded so phony it almost made me want to vomit. Fran Dressher has the same effect on me.
"To make others less happy is a crime. To make ourselves unhappy is where all crime starts. We must try to contribute joy to the world. That is true no matter what our problems, our health, our circumstances. We must try." -- Roger Ebert
Though it should go without saying that all content is editorial, let me repeat for the litigiously inclined that ALL CONTENT IS EDITORIAL and should not be taken as factual truth.
