Shut up now.

Yer fan,

Good advice. His "defense" of his lousy turn as an Oscar host (in which he blames everyone but himself, depite admitting that he had no idea how to do thejob he'd taken on, which is why he shuldn't have accepoted the gig. "I didn't know how to do it" is no excuse.) just makes it worse. If he'd shut up about it, it would be forgotten eventually.

oh, his turn as Oscar host will be remembered as long as Letterman's, not the specifics, but whether it belonged in the good or BAD category.

I've always liked Letterman's turn as host and I never really understand why it's so hated. Especially given the shitty movies that the Oscars were falling all over themselves to honor that year.

Franco and Hathaway weren't even memorably bad. Just ineffectual.
