I don't know how often I've mentioned it (if ever), but I love Paul Williams. And since it's a rainy day (though not a Monday), here he is. I love this man. Love him.

So I take it you are a fan of Phantom of the Paradise then?
Oh, yeah, that's a favorite of mine. I have the soundtrack and like to blast it every so often. I used to have a tape of a hits collection of his that a friend made for me, and he sang "Old Souls" on it, which Jessica Harper sings in the movie. I wish I could find that damn tape... the album he put on the other side was the Star Wars Christmas album.
