Those are characters from the short-lived Muppets Tonight. The guy with the big ears is Dr. Phil van Neuter, and the guy in the suit is Tony Bennett-alike Johnny Fiama.
I tried to get pictures of the whole collection (including the backstage and the Swedish kitchen) but they didn't turn out as well.
Palisades Toys made them for a few years recently. They were magnificent. Unfortunately, they lost the license (I don't know if the Disney sale affected it) with so much more planned to do (including Muppet Babies, Sesame Street, and Fraggle Rock figures). I'm extremely grateful to have what I do, since they made most of the main characters.
Though it should go without saying that all content is editorial, let me repeat for the litigiously inclined that ALL CONTENT IS EDITORIAL and should not be taken as factual truth.

Brilliant pic. Love the composition.
Awesome! Is that Thog in the background? Too cool.
Dr. Monkey: Thanks! I really like the way it turned out.
D. Prince: Ah, sadly no. Sweetums is back there next to Animal's drum stand. Man, I wish they'd made a Thog! Doglion, too!
Nice candid shot, for a minute I thought I was looking at a backstage, staged shot for some Muppet project. Nicely done.
Thanks!
That's a lot of loveliness right there!
Who's the guy in the suit next to Dr. Teeth?
And who's the guy with big ears between Bunsen Honeydew and the Pigs in Space?
