That one sign says "Marriage: the definition MUST NOT change." and I see that and I can't help but think "Why not?" Everything else changes to keep up with the rest of the world and the times and while I grant you that's not ALWAYS for the best, to be so flat out adamant that it must not change seems the most close-minded thing ever to me! I'm glad my son has a good head on his shoulders because we're still generations away from simple logic prevailing.
The difference is that anti-miscegenation laws were overturned by court order, despite what the people in 16 states wanted. And frankly, we're better off for it: We need a Loving v Virginia for gay marriage.
Though it should go without saying that all content is editorial, let me repeat for the litigiously inclined that ALL CONTENT IS EDITORIAL and should not be taken as factual truth.
