Comcast (my cable provider) serves up old S.S. episodes on demand, different episodes rotating each month. There is no better childrens television than these old gems. I love sitting and watching them with my son, remembering the skits that I loved as a boy. Ernie and Bert are the best, Super Grover, those two aliens (Yup Yupupupupupup!), it's a timeless program.
Though it should go without saying that all content is editorial, let me repeat for the litigiously inclined that ALL CONTENT IS EDITORIAL and should not be taken as factual truth.

Wow. I have the Sesame Street 10th anniversary greatest hits, and it's been 30 years since THEN?
Devilham: "Ernie" was my first word. It really is a timeless program, and I'm glad Comcast has them.
Roger: The 10th anniversary was the year I turned 3. Man.
After all these years Sesame Street is still going strong - of course the world can't be without Big Bird and the Cookie Monster...
